TELC – The European Language Certificate tests are international standardised tests for many different languages. It is managed by TELC GmbH. TELC offers more than 70 examinations in 11 languages including English, Czech, German, Spanish and Polish. It was initiated by the European Commission. With this certificate you conclusively prove your achievements in a foreign language. TELC has a high reputation and are recognised all over Europe.
TELC language exams provide an optimal transparency and comparability of foreign language competency throughout Europe. The certificates are thus widely accepted and improve accessibility in many academic areas and on the job market. They are internationally recognised by private and public employers as proof of language competency. The exams are now recognised by many colleges and universities for academic admissions purposes. All exams are aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Many of these topics are tested at levels ranging from A1 (lowest level) to C2 (highest level). You can thus document your current language level and know how well you are progressing.
The school tests are aimed at pupils aged 12 years and older who are interested in more than just a standard school certificate.
